In de publieke ruimte wordt de gebruiker een ander soort bewoner. Quintelier zoekt naar gemeenschappelijke verhalen, stelt de vraag wat ons collectief verbindt met een plek en met elkaar. Ruimtelijkheid krijgt hier een breder maatschappelijk veld, waarbij ze haar positie als architect binnen de gemeenschap onderzoekt, alsook haar verantwoordelijkheid tot kritisch denken.

In public space, the user becomes a different kind of resident. Quintelier seeks shared stories, posing the question of what connects us collectively to a place and to one another. Here, spatiality acquires a broader societal dimension, in which she examines her position as an architect within the community, as well as her responsibility to think critically.
